3Cloud is a Microsoft Azure-focused consultancy that delivers cloud strategy, data and AI platforms, application modernization, and ongoing managed services. Its clients are mainly enterprise and mid-market firms, with Fortune 500 companies reported as roughly 10% of its base. Founded in 2016 by former Microsoft executives Mike Rocco and Jim Dietrich, it is reported as bootstrapped, with a third-party estimate of $163.2M revenue in 2023. Cognizant acquired 3Cloud, with the deal reported in November 2025.
