Cars24 runs an AI-driven used-car marketplace that buys cars from consumers and sells them to dealers and retail buyers. It also offers car loans and related services.
Cars24 is a tech-enabled used-car platform. It offers online valuation, inspection, auctions, retail sales, financing (Loans24), insurance and paperwork services. Its customers are individual car sellers and buyers and dealer partners in India, the UAE, Australia and Thailand. Revenue comes mainly from vehicle sales through auction and retail, plus financing and service fees. Cars24 India's operating revenue was about ₹6,233 crore in FY25, down 10% from FY24, and its net loss was ₹543 crore. It raised $450M at a $3.3B valuation in December 2021 and has raised roughly $1.3B in total.
