Alpha Omega is a Vienna, Virginia services firm that delivers AI engineering, legacy code modernization, intelligent automation and cybersecurity work, mainly for federal government clients. It was founded in 2016 by CEO Gautam Ijoor and reported roughly $140 million in annual revenue around 2025. In early 2025 it bought Macro Solutions and SeKON to grow its national security division and start a health vertical. PitchBook lists its most recent recorded deal as a PPP debt financing, and it has no disclosed venture funding.
