It sells managed SOC services (MDR and SOCaaS), governance, risk and compliance, penetration testing and red teaming, FedRAMP 3PAO and CMMC advisory, and security architecture and automation. Its customers are mainly U.S. federal civilian agencies, plus enterprises and cloud service providers, and it earns revenue from services contracts. It was an Inc. 5000 honoree in 2024 and was acquired by Tyto Athene in June 2024. LinkedIn now lists it as a Quantum Sky company. Headcount estimates run from about 180 to 240, and revenue estimates vary widely by source.
