I published a fundamental scientific and architectural framework solving one of the critical bottlenecks in autonomous multi-agent deployments: Cross-Border Agent Compliance & Dynamic Sovereignty.
What was shipped:
The complete operational specification for Virtual Jurisdictional Gateways & Protocol-Level AI Sovereignty under GTNEra & TeNAI.
Why it matters:
Traditional GDPR/CCPA prompts fail when autonomous agents transfer context across borders. Expecting an LLM to self-police boundaries at inference time is an architectural flaw. We solve this by introducing Protocol-Level Operational Physics:
Virtual Jurisdictional Gateways: Zero-trust protocol enforcement inspecting and truncating unaccredited context before LLM inference occurs.
PRG-Code Identity Passports: Immutable cryptographic identity, intent anchors, and authorship verification across MeshTrust.
