Building with limited resources: what actually matters? 🚀
As an independent builder, I've been learning that you don't need a huge team or expensive infrastructure to start solving real problems.
What matters most is choosing the right problem, building a simple solution, testing it with real users, and improving based on feedback.
I'm exploring how to build useful AI-powered tools while keeping things practical, efficient, and accessible. For indie hackers and early-stage founders: what's one tool or strategy that helped you build more with fewer resources? 💡

Charging early is the one strategy that did the most for me with few resources, because a paid preorder tells you whether you picked the right problem faster than any feedback form. For NEX-AI, I'd ask five of your test users to pay a small monthly fee now and build only what those five keep asking for.
