Design critique for a native iOS app and a web back office: which methods?

I'm building two products that each have a written design spec: a native iOS training app (SwiftUI, iOS 26) and a desktop-first web back office (Next.js, Tailwind), benchmarked against Holded and Odoo 17.

When I can't test the app myself, I want to critique screens from screenshots against those specs: hierarchy, spacing, contrast, tap targets, empty and loading states.

What method do you use for design critique like this, and which skills, checklists or publishers have you actually used?

Thank you very much,
Diego

Checking screenshots against your spec will catch the spacing, contrast and tap target problems, but it won't tell you whether a small business owner who lives in Holded all day can actually find what she needs in your back office. I'd pair the screenshot reviews with 20 minutes of watching three real users click through each product, because that's where the surprises that cost you customers usually show up.
