About Gigascale Capital

History and team

Gigascale Capital was founded in 2023 in Palo Alto by Mike Schroepfer, former chief technology officer of Meta, together with Victoria Beasley and Evaline Tsai, PhD. Schroepfer launched the firm with money from his family office before raising outside capital. In June 2026 the firm announced the close of its first institutional fund, a $250 million vehicle for early-stage founders, and said it had backed more than 25 early-stage teams. Schroepfer, Beasley and Tsai are the named partners on its public profiles.
