Founded by Edward McCloskey, it is privately held. 3i Group invested in a roughly $153M private-equity round in December 2024, according to Tracxn and CB Insights. Estimates put revenue at $25–120M and headcount at about 300 in 2026, and these vary by source. It is a consumer goods manufacturer, not an AI company.
