OfBusiness (legal name OFB Tech Limited) is a tech-enabled B2B platform. It combines a multi-brand supplier marketplace with in-house manufacturing in metals, chemicals, apparel and food processing. It also offers financial services through Oxyzo, tender discovery through BidAssist, and AI tools such as Nexizo.AI. Its customers are Indian SMEs in manufacturing and infrastructure. It earns money from materials sales and from lending and financing. Tracxn lists about $776M raised over 15 rounds from investors including SoftBank, Tiger Global and Alpha Wave. It became a unicorn in 2021 and was valued at roughly $5B in 2024–25. The company reports a group turnover of about ₹20,000 Cr and a PAT of about ₹700 Cr as of 2026, and press reports in 2026 say it is reviving IPO plans.
