Statsig
Statsig sells a cloud platform that combines feature flags, A/B experimentation, and product analytics, with 30+ SDKs. It was founded in 2021 by ex-Facebook engineer Vijaye Raji. It serves 3,000+ companies, including OpenAI, Microsoft, and Notion, and runs on a SaaS subscription model. It raised about $153M in total, including a $100M Series C at a $1.1B valuation in May 2025. OpenAI agreed to acquire it for about $1.1B in stock in September 2025, and Raji became OpenAI's CTO of Applications.
