SolarWinds MSP is the managed-services arm of SolarWinds. Its portfolio covers RMM (N-central), security, automation, backup and remote access (Take Control). Its customers are MSPs and IT departments, which use the tools to run their own businesses and manage SMB end customers. SolarWinds spun the business off in 2021 as the independent, publicly traded N-able, Inc., and solarwindsmsp.com is the legacy brand domain. The company is software-centric, and I found no sign that it is primarily an AI company.
