Netskope One is a unified platform delivered on the NewEdge network. It combines a secure web gateway, CASB, zero trust network access, data loss prevention, SD-WAN and AI/GenAI data protection. It sells subscriptions to enterprises, mostly through channel partners. It went public on Nasdaq (NTSK) in September 2025 at $19 per share. Fiscal 2026 (year ended Jan 2026) revenue was $709.0M, up 32%, and ARR reached $811M. ARR reached $899M by July 2026, up 27% year over year.
