Seismic
Seismic sells the Seismic Enablement Cloud, a SaaS platform. It covers content management, learning and coaching, digital sales rooms, meeting intelligence and the Aura AI agents (launched Fall 2025). It has about 2,000 customers in financial services, technology, manufacturing and healthcare and life sciences, and it earns subscription revenue, estimated at about $400M in 2025. It was founded in 2010 and has raised roughly $440M in equity and debt, including a $170M Series G led by Permira in 2021 at about a $3B valuation. Rob Tarkoff became CEO in Oct 2025, and in Feb 2026 Seismic announced a merger with rival Highspot under the Seismic name, subject to regulatory approval.
