Its customers are enterprises in retail, transport and logistics, manufacturing and healthcare, and it sells the software to them as a developer SDK and as ready-made apps. The company was founded in 2009 and raised a $150M Series D in February 2022 at a roughly $1B valuation, bringing total funding to about $273M. It reported over 1,700 customers in 2022, and a third-party estimate puts revenue near $119M. Headcount has fallen from about 459 in early 2024 to about 364 in 2026.
