Rent. is the rebranded RentPath, based in Atlanta. It operates consumer apartment and house rental listing sites, including Rent.com, ApartmentGuide.com, Rentals.com and Lovely. It earns money by selling listing, advertising, marketing technology and analytics services to property owners and managers. Redfin agreed to buy RentPath for $608M in cash in February 2021, when RentPath had about 700 employees and $194M in 2020 revenue. Wikipedia now lists Rocket as the parent company. I could not verify any AI-specific product line.
