VTS sells a unified commercial real estate platform made up of VTS Lease, Market, Activate and Data, plus VTS AI. VTS AI launched in September 2025 and includes Proposal AI, VTS Analyst and Work Order AI. Asset Intelligence, an AI lease-abstraction product, followed in April 2026. Customers include large owners, asset managers and brokers such as Blackstone, Brookfield and CBRE, and it runs as an enterprise SaaS subscription business. The company has raised roughly $460M in total, including a $125M Series E in September 2022 led by CBRE at a reported $1.6B pre-money valuation. It says it covers more than 13B sq ft of assets and over 60% of U.S. Class A office space.
