QAD
QAD sells QAD Adaptive ERP, supply chain, quality and sourcing applications to manufacturers in automotive, life sciences, consumer products, high tech and industrial sectors. Its Champion AI agentic platform launched in Nov 2025 and was extended in Sep 2026, and it also runs the Redzone frontline-workforce app. It earns subscription, license and services revenue and has customers in 100+ countries. Thoma Bravo acquired it for about $2B in 2021, when revenue was $308M for fiscal 2021. It later combined with Redzone, which lists Miami as its HQ.
