UiPath was founded in Bucharest in 2005 and listed on the NYSE (PATH) in April 2021, with net IPO proceeds of about $692M. In fiscal 2026 (year ended Jan 31, 2026) it reported revenue of $1.611B, ARR of $1.853B, and its first full-year GAAP profit. It had 357 customers with ARR above $1M.
