Planon, founded in 1982 by Pierre Guelen, develops a SaaS platform for real estate, space and workplace management, facilities maintenance, and sustainability and energy reporting. It sells to large multi-site enterprises, building owners and service providers, with enterprise pricing that is not published. It cites over 3,750 clients worldwide (2026). Its AI features are still being built out, including work-order summarization, ticket triage and LLM integrations. In 2026 it announced a Microsoft Places integration and an AWS Marketplace listing for its IWMS. Tracxn lists Schneider Electric as an investor, with the amount undisclosed, and Tracxn put headcount at about 1,157 in April 2026.
