PAR sells two software suites. Operator Cloud covers PAR POS, PAR Pay, PAR OPS and TASK. Engagement Cloud covers Punchh, PAR Ordering, PAR Retail, Plexure and Bridg. It also sells POS terminals, kiosks, kitchen display systems and other in-store hardware. Its customers are enterprise restaurant chains, franchisees, c-stores, and entertainment venues such as cinemas, casinos and cruise lines. Revenue is mostly recurring subscription fees, with hardware and professional services making up the rest. Q1 2026 revenue was $124.0M, up 19% year over year. ARR was $198.3M across 139.0K active sites at 31 March 2026. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was raised to $516M–$523M after Q2 2026. The company was founded in 1968 and is NYSE-listed (PAR). CEO Savneet Singh has led it since 2018.
