Nord Security makes the NordVPN, NordPass, NordLocker, NordLayer, NordStellar and Incogni products. Its customers are individual consumers and businesses, and it sells mainly through subscriptions. It raised $100M in 2022 at a $3B valuation, which made it a unicorn, and another $100M in 2023. Third-party estimates put revenue at about $357M (2025) and headcount at roughly 1,900 (2026). The company is a Tesonet spin-off.
