Mondee
Mondee runs an AI-enabled travel marketplace. Travel agents, influencers, travel management companies, corporations and membership organizations use it to access airline, hotel, car and cruise inventory. It has two segments: a Travel Marketplace that mainly sells airline tickets and earns commissions and incentives, and a SaaS platform for corporate travel cost savings. It filed for Chapter 11 in January 2025 with about $362.8M in assets and $358.6M in liabilities. Tabhi acquired substantially all of its assets in April 2025. Tracxn lists about 617 employees as of August 2026.
