Moka (also called MokaHR, now Moka AI) sells an AI-native applicant tracking system and recruiting platform. It also offers core HR, talent CRM, recruitment automation, analytics, and AI screening and interviewing through the Moka Eva agent. It sells to mid-market and enterprise employers, mostly on quote-based subscriptions. The company says it serves 3,000+ companies, including over 30% of the Fortune 500, with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. It was founded in Beijing in 2015 and raised about $142M in total, including a $100M Series C led by Tiger Global in November 2021.
