Meesho is a multi-category e-commerce marketplace. It connects individuals and small businesses with mass-market consumers across India, and it uses its Valmo logistics network of third-party partners to deliver orders. The model is asset-light: Meesho owns no inventory, manufacturing or captive logistics. It reported revenue of about ₹9,901 crore in FY25 and about 23.4 crore annual transacting users in H1 FY26. It has raised roughly $1.6B in funding, and it listed on NSE and BSE in December 2025 through an IPO of about ₹5,421 crore.
