Its clients are in MedTech, fintech, automotive, industrial and enterprise software. It earns money from services and project-based engagements, with delivery centers across Southeast and Eastern Europe. It has raised about $140M in funding, including a 2022 Brighton Park Capital investment and EBRD loans in 2022 and 2025. It has also acquired Syrmia (2024), Certicon (2025) and Cognits (2025). Headcount was about 2,450 in April 2026. Third-party revenue estimates range from about $243M to $423M and are unverified.
