Holidu is a Munich-based travel-tech company founded in 2014. It operates a vacation rental search and booking portal for guests. It also sells a software and service platform for hosts, including channel management, pricing, an AI assistant and the Bookiply offering. It sells to destination marketing organizations too, through its Smart Destination software. It earns mostly commission on bookings and has grown through acquisitions, including Cybevasion in 2025 and bestfewo.de in 2026. It raised €46M in 2025 to advance AI and expansion. Sources give inconsistent total funding figures, and revenue is only estimated by third parties (about $145M for 2024).
