hlpy is a Milan-based scale-up. Its platform uses machine learning and AI to dispatch and orchestrate a network of tow, repair and maintenance providers, acting as a third-party administrator for insurance, leasing, OEM and aftermarket partners. It operates in Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Austria, and entered Germany and Austria in 2024 by acquiring MySchleppApp. It reported about €60M of recurring revenue for 2025 (+107% vs 2024) and says it has raised over €25M from investors including Nextalia, CDP Venture Capital and Alkemia.
