Everly Health
Everly Health is an Austin-based digital health company, founded in 2015 by Julia Cheek. It sells at-home diagnostic test kits (the Everlywell brand), virtual care and digital results directly to consumers and through retail. It also sells to enterprise clients such as health plans. It launched the Eva AI health platform in 2025 and announced a Caris Detect partnership with Caris Life Sciences in January 2026. It has raised roughly $325–330M, including a $175M Series D in December 2020 at a reported $1.3B valuation. Everlywell was formed into the parent Everly Health in 2021 through acquisitions including PWNHealth and Home Access Health.
