It is backed by OT threat intelligence, incident response and an OT-native AI assistant, EmberAI, launched in June 2026. Customers are operators in electric, oil and gas, water, manufacturing and federal sectors, and Dragos sells them software subscriptions plus services. It raised about $438M in total and was valued at $1.7B in 2021, and Accenture agreed in June 2026 to take a majority stake at about $3.25B enterprise value (closed Sep 16, 2026). Dragos, runZero and NetRise together had an estimated $208M ARR as of June 2026.
