doxx.net's Agentic Defined Networking (ADN) platform lets people and AI agents build private networks, set security policy, lease IPs, and make encrypted calls, messages and file transfers with no servers in the middle. It runs on the company's own IP space, ASN, DNS root (196 custom TLDs), certificate authority and bare-metal servers. Accounts need no personal information. Founder and CEO Barrett Lyon previously founded Prolexic. On Oct 1, 2026 the company launched its open beta and announced a $38M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, with Animo Ventures and Focal.vc. The closed beta began in Dec 2025 and blocked more than 38M threats.
