Constant Contact sells a subscription digital marketing platform covering email campaigns, SMS, social media, e-commerce, CRM and automation, with a growing set of AI features. It serves nearly half a million small businesses and nonprofits. Founded in 1995 as Roving Software, it was acquired by Endurance International in 2015 for about $1.1B, then spun out in 2021 as a Clearlake/Siris joint venture with $400M in new investment. It acquired SharpSpring (2021) and Moosend (2025). Revenue growth was reportedly about 8% for the 12 months to Q1 2026, and more than a third of subscribers use its AI features.
