Chapter One
Chapter One is a New York startup that builds an operating backbone for local home service businesses. It offers AI-driven workflows plus bookkeeping, cold calling and emailing, ad management and web presence, with integrations such as QuickBooks and Stripe. In September 2025 it announced a $4M pre-seed round and said more than 100 plumbing, HVAC, painting and remodeling businesses in major US cities already used the platform. Alex Frost is CEO. Wellfound lists the company at 51–200 employees. The revenue model isn't clearly disclosed, though Wellfound describes it as business services for home service companies.
