Hogaru
Hogaru (Hogarú) runs a digital platform and app where households, small businesses and offices book hourly or daily cleaning by trained professionals. Unlike marketplaces, it directly employs its cleaners with formal contracts and benefits. It also offers Hogarú Aporta, which manages payroll and social security for domestic workers that clients employ themselves. Services are available in Bogotá, Medellín and Cali. Hogaru was founded in 2015 and joined Y Combinator in Winter 2017. Tracxn lists about $1.11M raised over two seed rounds, with Sam Altman among the investors. A 2022 profile reported 2021 revenue of US$3.4M and about 700 employees, while Tracxn's July 2026 count is about 280. It is a cleaning and care-economy business, not an AI company.
