Babble
Babble (formerly IP Solutions UK) is a UK B2B managed service provider. It sells subscription-based cloud communications (UCaaS and CCaaS), cybersecurity, connectivity and managed IT, and it has added AI-readiness and Microsoft 365 services. Customers are mainly UK small and mid-sized businesses in finance, health, education, travel and public services. Graphite Capital bought the company in a 2020 buyout that valued it at about £90M. It has since grown through 30+ acquisitions, including NTE, Talking Technology and Unicomm in 2023. Reported FY2021 revenue was about £24.7M. Note: the company is UK-based, not US-based.
