Arceus Legal
Arceus Legal is a San Francisco law firm that combines licensed attorneys with AI agents and its in-house CounselOS software. Clients, mainly fast-growing startups, send contracts such as NDAs, MSAs and DPAs, often through Slack. They pay a flat fee quoted upfront, listed at $500 for standard review and $1,000 for full negotiation, and the work is free if Arceus misses its deadline. It launched publicly in October 2026 with $17M in funding led by Greycroft, with Craft Ventures and South Park Commons also participating. It reported that its customer base quadrupled in September 2026 and plans to expand into employment and privacy work.
