TOPdesk, based in Delft, develops service management software covering incident, change, asset and knowledge management and self-service portals. Its main customers are mid-market and large organisations in healthcare, education, government and manufacturing. In September 2026 it launched Robin, an AI teammate for service desks, and it was named in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for ITSM Platforms. The company was founded in 1993 by Frank Droogsma and Wolter Smit, has about 900 employees (Jan 2026), and Tracxn lists $215M of funding from CVC.
