Tilson Technology Management, founded in 1996, provides fiber and wireless network design-build, utility network services (such as AMI and grid modernization), and IT consulting, including business intelligence and data analytics for construction. Its customers are telecom carriers, utilities, contractors and government agencies, and it earns project-based services revenue. It was venture-backed through Series A–C rounds and claimed more than 1,000 professionals and 14 consecutive Inc. 5000 listings. It filed for bankruptcy in May 2025, and its assets were sold under Section 363 to ITG Communications and ClearPlan Consulting.
