SurveyMonkey offers a SaaS platform for building surveys and forms, collecting responses and analyzing results with AI features. It serves businesses, education, healthcare, government and nonprofits worldwide. It sells through free and paid subscription plans plus enterprise offerings. Founded in 1999, it went public as SVMK in 2018 and was renamed Momentive in 2021. A group led by Symphony Technology Group took it private in 2023 in a deal valued at about $1.5B, and it went back to the SurveyMonkey name. It reported about $481M revenue in 2022 and had roughly 1,361 employees in Aug 2026.
