About Okay
Okay (Okay Software Inc.) built a subscription SaaS platform that pulled data from developer tools such as Jira, GitHub, PagerDuty and Google Calendar. It gave engineering leaders pre-built dashboards, a query builder and alerts to find team-level bottlenecks like slow code reviews and after-hours on-call pages. Founded in 2019 by Antoine Boulanger and Tomas Barreto, it went through Y Combinator (W20) and raised about $6.6M from investors including Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins and Patrick Collison. Stripe acquired it in May 2023 to support its own engineering teams.
