About Netomnia
Netomnia, founded in 2019 by CEO Jeremy Chelot, builds and operates full-fibre FTTP networks across the UK. It sells wholesale access to ISPs and managed service providers, and sells retail broadband through YouFibre (which absorbed Brsk after the 2024 merger). By January 2026 its network covered over 3 million premises with about 450,000 customers, funded by over £1.6bn of equity and debt. In February 2026 nexfibre (the Liberty Global/Telefónica UK venture, with InfraVia) agreed to acquire it in a deal reported at about £2bn. Netomnia is a telecoms infrastructure company, not an AI company.
