Musely is a telemedicine company selling personalized, compounded prescription skin, hair and menopause treatments, prescribed online by dermatologists, to US consumers.
Musely runs a vertically integrated teledermatology platform. Licensed dermatology professionals review a patient's case online, and the company compounds and ships personalized prescription treatments for dark spots, rosacea, anti-aging, hair loss and menopause care. It sells directly to consumers and says it has served more than 1.3 million patients (2026). Funding: about $28M of equity (Series A and B, 2013–2014), then a $360M non-dilutive financing from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund (announced 2026). Third-party estimates put 2025 revenue at about $220M (Latka, unverified).
