Infobip sells an omnichannel communications platform covering SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, voice, email, chatbots, CCaaS, authentication and fraud protection. It has also added agentic AI tools. Customers are enterprises, mobile operators and developers in 200+ countries, and revenue comes from usage-based messaging and API fees plus SaaS subscriptions. The company was founded in Croatia in 2006 and is now headquartered in London. It reported about €1.74bn revenue in 2023 and raised a $200M investment from One Equity Partners in 2021 at a reported ~$1B valuation. It acquired Peerless Network in 2022 and has roughly 3,500 employees.
