FreeD Group sells Harmony, a SaaS platform for building and running e-commerce marketplaces, plus enterprise travel and commerce software, to brands and corporates.
FreeD Group (also known as FreeDimension) is a Hong Kong technology company. It builds proprietary marketplace-enablement and enterprise software, including the Harmony CVM marketplace platform, chat commerce, and corporate travel and service solutions. It sells to Fortune 500 corporations, brands and SMEs, with clients such as Samsung, China Mobile, BMW and LG. It uses a hybrid SaaS model with low upfront fees and revenue share or commission. It raised $15M in a 2022 round led by a Daiwa Securities Group fund, and CB Insights puts total funding at about $25M. It acquired Hong Kong travel agency Connexus Travel in 2023 and reports 10+ offices worldwide and over 150 staff.
