It earns revenue from software, SaaS and services. Glory Global Solutions acquired it in December 2023. It operates from Cincinnati, Ohio and the UK. Third-party estimates put revenue at about $144M for 2024, but these are unverified. It is a retail-technology company rather than a pure AI company.
