Flooid (formerly PCMS Datafit/PCMS Group) provides a composable unified commerce platform with POS, self-checkout, mobile and eCommerce, an open API layer, loss-prevention and analytics tools. It also sells cloud and managed services. Customers are grocery, specialty, fashion and food-and-beverage retailers; it has supported more than 50 retailers in over 16 countries. It earns revenue from software, SaaS and services. Glory Global Solutions acquired it in December 2023. It operates from Cincinnati, Ohio and the UK. Third-party estimates put revenue at about $144M for 2024, but these are unverified. It is a retail-technology company rather than a pure AI company.
