It monitors customers' existing security tools (endpoint, identity, cloud), investigates alerts and remediates confirmed threats. It sells to mid-market and enterprise organizations in sectors such as healthcare, financial services, technology and retail. It does not publish pricing, and it launched a Managed SIEM service in March 2026. It was founded in 2016 and has raised about $289M in total, with a Series E in 2021 and a last round in October 2022. Its valuation was reported at about $1B in 2021. Third-party estimates put 2025 revenue at about $142M, and headcount is roughly 475–480 in 2026.
