It earns a management fee on bookings, which it has advertised as 10%. It has used LLMs for listing builds since late 2024, and by 2026 it said AI handled over 60% of routine guest-support inquiries. Evolve has raised roughly $225M in total, including a $100M Series E from investors such as Durable Capital Partners, and third-party estimates put 2025 revenue around $160M.
