eSentire provides managed detection and response, managed risk and incident response services, delivered through its AI-driven Atlas platform and a human-led SOC that it calls 'Controlled Autonomy SecOps'. Customers include finance, healthcare and legal organizations, and it reports protecting 1,500+ organizations in 80+ countries. The business is recurring, subscription-style services revenue. In February 2022 it raised US$325M at a valuation above US$1B, led by Georgian and CDPQ, and it reported more than US$100M in ARR at that time. Warburg Pincus remains the majority shareholder. In September 2026 it acquired a stealth-mode AI security startup.
