Castlight Health sells a web and mobile healthcare navigation platform. It covers personalized benefits information, provider and cost search, wellbeing programs, human Care Guides and the Prism AI guide. It is licensed B2B to employers and health plans, whose employees then get access. It was founded in 2008 and IPO'd in 2014. Vera Whole Health acquired it for about $370M in 2022, and it now sits within apree health, a Mosaic Health business unit. It reported about $143M revenue in 2019, and headcount estimates run from about 344 to 361 in 2026.
